' WHEAT. Tho unfavourable cables from London, and the faot of California loading cerproes for Australia, has had tho offoot of slightly weakening the i markets hero, oxcept for Tuscan (prime), which has fnlly maintained its premier position among wheats, and is eagerly sought after at 3a 5d to 3s 5Jd. Pearl and Huntor's howevor, although no lower than last quotations, are not quite so brisk at 3s <td to 3s 4id. Shrivelled parcels range from aldto 2d lower. Broken wheat is badly wanted among looal dealers at 2s 9d to 3s. OATB. The Southern growers being m the markot with large stocks has had tho effect of easing this market m feed linos, but the'r quality not being up to primo milling', the business here m this olass has been fairly well maintained at 2s to 2s Id. Short feed is plentiful at Is lid. Tartar and Danish raa^o from la Od to Is lid. Few samples of dun oats are offering BARLEY. This grain is offering m large quantities, and, tho malstors being full up, has had the effect of weakening tho local markets, and thero is little demand for shipment. Extra choice parcels would not be passed at 3.3 3d to 3s 4d. Medium qnality is unsaleable at tho moment. Food has a rather bettor demand at 2s to 2s 2d, country districts buying largely for pig feed ; local consumption is also good for meal. PEAS. These have been quiet during tho wook, Pruasion blues selling at 3s 9d to 4s, while feed sorts fetch 3s to 3s 3d. BEANS. Theso have had aa exceedingly busy weok for Homo shipment. Largo quanitics have changed hands at from 2s 9d to 2s lOd, and the markot has closed firm at tho latter gVM. KTBOtRASS AND COCKSFOOT. Theso Boeds havo had little business to note during tho week, and last quotations are applicable. POTATOES. There has been numerous enquiries as to probable opening prices for the blues, but little business has been' absolutely done. Quotations stand at 47s to 50s. DAISY PRODUCS: Theso markets are still unsettled, but prices mo unaltered. . ,
