Temuka Linseed Oil, Cake nnd Fibro Company— Claim £56 83 9d for work done. Mr Lynch for plaintiff, Mr Aspinnll for tho defendants. The particulars of this case havo been published before. The amount claimed was never questioned by (he Directors of the Company, but ns tho contract was taken and signed by the late Martin Dunn, deceased (claimant's name not appearing m it), and an order m favour of Job Brown (signed by M. Dunn) was handed to tha Seorotary, they resolved to let plaintiff bring bis action. In course of examination evidenco had been adduced proving that a partnership had been ma4o

His Worship, who reserved his decision from last week, gave judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs ; solicitors fee, £3 3s.

Mr Toßsvvill appeared for plaintiffs, and Mr Aspinail for defendant.

After a great deal of conflicting evidence judgment was given for plaintiffs for £ll 15s 4d and costs ; £1 17s having been deducted from the sum claimed, viz, £1 10s cash borrowed and 7b horse hire.
