Holmes, Member for Dublin University, gave a notice of motion to the effect that the House is unwilling to vote the money required for carrying on civil government m Ireland until it is informed of the policy of Her Majesty's Government with regard to the maintenance of order m Ireland. TREATY BETWEEN BULGARIA AND SERVIA. Constantinople, March. 3. The negotiations which have been proceeding at Bucharest have at length ended in ' the signature of a treaty of peace between Bulgaria and Servia.
