The panic caused by the recent outragea has now m a great measure subBided, and business has resumed its usual course. The Agents-General meet at an early date at the office of Sir Arthur Blyth, the representative of South Australia, m order to discuss the position of affairs as regards the Nnw Hebrides. They have also decided to obtain an interview with Earl Grauvillo, Secretary of State for the Colonies, on the same subject. (Speoiai. to the Press Association.) (Received 1.30 p.m.. Fob. 12th.) London, Feb. 11. Mi- Murray Smith sails for Melbourne on the 22nd April. The Oriental Bank has paid the Victorian Government twenty shillings m the pound, with interest added, m satisfaction of the claim against the old Bank. The Agents-Generni are discussing Mr Griffith's despatch regarding the New Hebrides.
