At tho Addiugton stock sales to-day thero was an avorngo numbor of stock yarderd, and tho usual attendance of buyers. Tho fat cattle were principally of good quality, but tho demand was only middling and late values were not maintained. Stoor3 sold at from £5 10s Gd to £1 17s 6d ; heifers, £ 1 15n to M 12s 6d ; being from 17s to 18s per I'iOlbs according to quality. In fat sheep thero ws a modorato entry of various degrees of quality. Tho demand waa qnito local. Best qnality mnttcm showed a slight improvement m value, mc.\it^m and inferior boing unalterod. Croasbrod wethors sold at from 8s to lls per head ; do owes 5s to 8s ; Merino wethers, 4s Gst to 6s 9d, being from lid to lid per 1b as per quality. In tho storo sheep market a fow lines of sheep wero offered, but buyei-3 wer.q backward and no alteration can yet bo reported m this class of stock. A largo number of fat lambs were yardod. The demand \xa3, however, restricted and values ranged from 4a Gd to Gi lOd por head. A few pigs wero on offer, and a slightly bottor demand was shown.
