Sheep and cattle. — Thoy have had no auction sales of theso during tho week, and thoro 13 but littlo business boing dono privately. Thoy havo no alteration m prices to report, and if any differenco has occurred, it is that values aro koeping lowor. Fut stook are at much the aamo values as last week. Clearing sale. — In conjunction with Messrs Mundell and Co., Geraldine, they held a olenring salo last Tuesday, on account of Mr D. Denoon. There wus a good domand for most of tho lots, which consisted principally of harness horses, buggies, and tho usual plant iv connection with tho livory stables. Thoy sold 8 harness horses at from .£3 10s to .£l5 103; 4 buggies brought .£l7, .£lB, and 2 at .£2l oaeh, aud a lot of harness, saddles, rugs, &c. , brought good values. Wool and skins. — Thoy hold their nsaal fortnightly sale last Wednesday, and placed tho various lots at tho following prices : — Merino and crossbred wool at G:Jd, half-bred skins, farmers' lots, 2s lOd to 3j 8d ; fullwoolled, crossbreds do, 2s 9d to 3s 3d; morinos, Is Id to 3s -Id ; pelts, 2d to Gd.
