The Mail steamer brings the following American shipping news from New York :— Bottingan, nailed December sth, for Wellington, with 7550 caßes kerosene ; Star o£ the South, sailed on December Bth, for Dnnodin and Lyttelton with for Dnnedin, 7775 cases of ioroaeneand for Lyttelton, 4750 oases. Vessels loading at New York are Woolfe for Adelaide and Anokland, probably clear Decomber 19th ; Thos. A.
