FATAL BOATING ACCIDENT.

(By Telegraph.) Havbwck, Jan. 9. A melancholy boating accident happened here yesterday. Six boys, of agea ranging from 17 to 6 years, went out fishing, and when returning home under sail the boat was allowed to jibe and capsized, throwing the occupants into the water. With some difficulty all gut hold of the boat but were several times rolled off. After a time two of the boys, Charles and Herbert Rutherford, aged 32 and 11 respectively, disappeared, and were seen no more. There is little hope of recovering the bodies The remaining four boys were rescued when almost exhausted by a passing boat. Charles Matthew*, aged 13, appears to hare saved bis little brother, aged 6, m a very cojimendale way by keeping him out of the water on hia back until assistance arrived.
