The Emperor Francis Joseph received the Delegation to-day. In his address to them he dealt with emphasis upon the triple alliance, and on tbe unanimity displayed by the European Powers m their desire to restore status quo m the Balkan Peninsula. Constantinople, Oct 24. It is currently reported that Servian forces have already invaded Bulgarian territory, and that a hostile encounter is imminent.
