Sept. 22—9 a.m.: Bar., 30.22; ther., 51; weather, bright ; sea, calm. 5 p.m.: Bar., 30.15 ; ther., 56 ; wind, N.E., light ; woathor, bright; sea, calm. Sun rises, this day, 5.49 ; sots 5.55. High water, this day, 1.19 a.m. ; 1.41 p.m. ABKITSD. Nil. BAILED. Nil. Thoro wero no arrivals at or departures from this port yesterday. The bng Niagara was receiving good despatch at the wharf yesterday. She is expected to have all her piles out by to-night. Tho Union Company's s.s. Taiaroa is due from Lyttelton and Akaroa this morning. She sails for Danedin m the evening. The barquentino Annie Bow finished discharging her coals at tho wharf yesterday afternoon. She starts loading produce for Sydney this morning. The s.s. Go-Ahead, Captain Plnmley, is expected to steam to Wanpanui to-morrow. Messrs Miles, Archer and Co. are the local agents, from whom all particulars as to freight and passage can bs'obtained. (Br Telegraph.)
