Synot Bro?., wool brokers, of this city, have issued a circular m which a proposal is made to convene a meeting for the purpose of taking atep3 to promote the exportation of wool from Australia to China and Japan. M. Daune Plove3 Van Amstcl, ConsulGeneral m Australia for the Netherlands, received a telegram this morning from Gen. Van Rees, Governor-General of Dutch East Indies, reporting that Asiatic cholera has broken out at Koepang, m the island of Timor, m the Arafura Soa, and that it his become epidemic m the island. (Received 1.15 a.m., Sept. 22nd.) Albany, Sept. 21. The Peninaulaand Oriental Company's B.S. Clyde arrived at King George's Sound this morning with the inward Brindiai mails, dated London, August 21st.
