Belting on the Metropolitan Stakes is now as follows : — Despot 4 to 1, Iloneydew and Acolyte 7 to 1, Prince Imperial 100 to 20 (taken), Silrer King and Sloth 100 to 9 (offered). (Received 11 p.m., Sept. 18th.) The following are the acceptances for the principal events at the A.J.C. meeting : — Derby — First Chester, Boon', Jfordenfeldt, Magnifier, Urallala, and Yoondoo. Great Metropolitan Stakes — Tom Brown, Despot, Moonshce, Honcvdew, Bilver KiDg, Sloth, Wing, Brown and Rose, Acolyte, Comet, Copra, Lord of tho Lake, Lord Exeter, Happy Thought, Astrala, Kathleen, Prince Imperial, and Recruit.
