In rcard to tho report of the House Committee relative to the heating and lighting of i Parliamentary buildings, Mr Reynolds re- : ferred to the"ill-lighted streets of tho city of Wellington, and he said the City Corporation i did not seem to appreciate Parliament sitting I m Wellington. ■ The report was then agreed to, and the [ Council rose at 9.15 p.m.
