THE UNDERSIGN feD has been favored with instructions from the New Zealand Mortgage and Investment Association (Ld.) to offer for Sale by Private Treaty, About 11,000 Acres of Rich Agricultural Land, forming the unsold portion of the Waicola Eslate, situated about 35 miles north-west of Invercargill, and intersected by the Otautau and Nightcaps Railway. The Land now offered has just been surveyed and subdivided into Farms running from ISO to 500 Acres, sizes which should render them convenient for all classes. A considerable extent of the property has been drained, 30 miles of ditching having been completed. It is not felt necessary to give any detailed description of the character of this Land, as the Association would prefer that, parties should go and see and judge for themselves. The object is to secure and locate on the property good practical Farmers, for which purpose the following special terms are offered, viz.: — Five years' lease at a rental of (ss) five shillings per acre per annum, with an optional purchasing clause of £7 per acre ; lease tenable for a further term of live years at a rental say of five per cent on the purchase price.
