(Reuter's Agency.) (Received 1.20 a.m., Sept. 3rd.) London, Sept. 2. Mr Parnell, addressing a public meoting at Dublin yesterday, deprecated the outrages which have recently taken place as damaging to the Irish cause. Mr Gladstone returnod to town to-day from his voyage to Norway. His health seems to be re-established, and he ia quite robust. (Special to the Press Association.) [Received 1 a.m., Sopt. 3rd.J London, Sept. 2nd. The freedom of the City of Dublin has been conferred upon Dr K. J. O'Doherty, a member of the Queensland Legislative Council, m recognition of the Bupport given by him to the Irish cause m the colonies. In connection with the Caroline Islands difficulty it is rumored that the German squadron at present stationed at Zanzibar has been ordered to proceed to those islands. Acute excitement is being manifested m Spain over the affair.
