Tho Brunner Coal Company's Black Diamond liner Pelham is due from the Sonth this morning. She takes a load of produce for Lyttolton, Wellington, Nelson and Greymouth this ovening. The Union Company's fine steamer Taiaroa, Captain Thomson, arrived from Nelson and way ports this morning, and was berthed at the outer wharf. She bronght some 20 tons of general merchandise. Sho Railed for Dunedin m the evening with a large quantity of produce. The Union Company's s.s. Mahinapua, Captain Holmes, arrived from the South yesterday morning with a small load of general merchandise and took up a berth astern of the 8.3. Taiaroa. After discharging and taking m a quantify of produce she sailed m the evening for Northern and West Coast ports. The barque Kassa, which arrived at Hobart lately from Brisbane, had a very rongh timo of it during the trip. The lower main-topsail was blown away, and the lanyards of the fore and main rigging parted through the continuous heavy rolling of the vessel ; all movable »rtiolc3 on deck were washed away.
