4BBIVED. Nil. SAILED. April 28— To Anau. s.g., for Dunedin. April 28 — Penguin, b.s., for "Wellington. Auckland, April 28. Arrived— Scabird, from Sydney; Flora, from Lyttelton ; Tenakoc, from Java. Tho 5.3. Taupo, which left for Southern ports at 6 p.m. yesterday, broke her shaft when off Point Rodney. She was towed back hero by tho steamer Clansman this morning. She is now laid up for repairs. Wellington, April 28. Arrived — Murray, s.s., from the West Coast and Nelson; Taiaroa, s.s., from the Sonth ; Hinemoa, s.s., from Auckland, via Napier. Sailed — Taiavoa, s.s., and Murray, s.s., for Nelson. The X.M.S. Kaikoura, froui Loudon, was at eleven o'clock to-night passing the heads. She will reach the anchorage about 11.30, but there is not likely to be any communication with her to-night. Oamaru, April 28. Sailed, yesterday — Steamer Elderslie, for London, via Port Chalmers, with 17,460 carcases of fro/.eu mutton and general cargo.
