Her frozen meat is m good condition. Paris, April 3. It is announced that General Bontauge, at present French commander at Tunis, has been appointed to the supreme command ef the forces at Tonquin. He will leare shortly for that country. M. de Freycinet has been unsuccessful m his endeavors to form a Ministry. (Special to the Press Association.) (Eeoeived 10.30 a.m., April 4th.) London, April 2. The commercial treaty which has been entered into between England and Spain has been ratified by King Alfonso. Mr Dion Boucicault, the actor, who is under engagement to Messrs Williamson, Garner and Musgrove for a tour of the Australian colonies, will open m Melbourne m July. *
