The concession made by England m regard to the Cameroons on the west coast of Africa, as well as those made m reference to New Guinea, have: satisfied Germany. [Received 10.45 p.m., March 16th.] London, March 16. Mr Murray Smith, Agent-General for Victoria, delivered an address on federation at Cambridge on Saturday. Prince Albert Victor attended, and Mr W. E. Forstcr made a powerful speech. At the conclusion of Mr Smith's address a branch of the Federation League was formed.
