New Zealand securities are unchanged. The market rate of discount remains at 3§ per cent, £ below the Bank rate. Colonial breadstuffs remain at last quotations ex store, viz. : — Adelaide wheat, 36s ; Adelaide flour, 255 ; New Zealand wheat, 28s to 30s. Australian tallow, average quality, beef 32s 6d, mutton 335. (Special to the Press Associatiok.) [Received 1 a.m., March 12th.l London, March 11. Mr George Anderson, M.P. for Glasgow, who has been appointed DeputyMaster of the Royal Mint at Melbourne, has been presented with a testimonial by his constituents and friends. It is improbable that any reduction in the present Bank rate will now take place.
