The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following telegram from their Home oifice, dated the 3rd inst. : — " The wool niarket is unchanged. The wheat market is dull. The total shipments afloat amount to 2,700,000 quarters. Adelaide is worth 35s 6d, and New Zealand 31s 6d per 4961 b. Tuscan is worth 33s 6d per 49Glb ; Adelaide, f.a.q., is worth c.i.f. off coast, 35s per 4801 b ; ditto, to ; arrive per iron ship (March bill of lading) is also worth 35s per 4801 b. The tallow market is over-stocked ; mutton and beef are worth 33s 6d and. 33s respectively, per cwt. Thq leather market is unchanged. New Zealand hemp, finest qualities, are m good demand, out common qualities are neglected; quotations are unchanged.
