AKItIVKD. March 3 — Wareatea, a.s.. 2SS tons, Kwan, from Westport. SAILED. March 3 — Spray, schoonor, 50 tons, Palleaon, for Stewart Island. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Taiaroa, s.s., from Dunedin, on this day. Mawhera, s.s., from Dunedin, on Thursday. Cnttona, brigantine, from Newcastle, daily. Mary Ann Annison, barque, from Newcastle early. Young Dick, schooner, from Newcastle, early. Annio Iloir, barqiwntino, from Newcastle, cirly. Lettsrfonrie, barque, from Newcastle, early. Palace, barque, from Port Stephen, early. Lady Mabel, brigantine, from New Toik, early. Timuru, s.s., from Sunderland. early. PROJECTED DEPARTURE. For Dunedin — Taiaroa, a.s., this day. The s.s Taiaroa, wo are informed, will again take up the running botween this port and Dunedin, commencing to-day. She will arrive about 6 o'clock, and after discharging load up with produce, etc. ; and leave tho wharf this eveniag at 5 o'clock sharp. Tho Spray did not take her departure for Stewart Island till yesterday forenoon, a favorable breeze not having sprun" up dnring Sunday night. She takes a very larse quantity of stores for the use of Mr Hayes' establishment on the island. Tho new Black Diamond liner s.s. Mawhera is expectod to arrive from Dunedin on Thursday next. She will lor.d up with produce, etc., for Lyttelton ami West Const ports. Particulars ns to freight or passage may be ascertained on application to tho local agents, the N.Z.G.A. and M. Company. The Wostport Coal Company's now st earner Warentea arrived from Westport direct at 7 o'clock la3t evening. She left Westport on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock, and ht.d fine weather to arrival. The Wareatei is under the command of Captain Ewan, a gentleman who ia well known on this Coast, and who was formorly m charge of the Company's s.s. Kangiiroo. The Wareatoa is a sister boat to the Kawatiri, and is a collier pure and simple. Her cirgo is consigned to the Railway Locomotive Department.
