NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE. "VTOTICE is hereby given that 'the GeralJL^I dine County Council intend borrowing tha sum of Tyro Tbonstrad Nine Hundred and Thirty-Eight Pounds (£2938) under, tho Roads and Bridges Construction Act 1882, for the purpose of Re-constructing the old portion of the Opild Bridge, which is estimated to cost. £2938. The amount of the yearly repayments on the above loan by the Council is £264 8s sd, and the special rats to ba nude and levied will amount to One- Tenth of a Fartbing m the £on the capital Taloo of tho County, as per Ratepayers Roll of 1883.
