Now Zealand oats m fair demand at 2s lid toOi 2d for feeding, and 3s 2d to 3s 3d for milling sorts ; ditto oats, under bond, 2s 2d to 2s 4d. The Presbytery met to-day, for the purpose of taking into consideration the charge of heresy against tho llev. Charles Strong. After hearing some formal ovidonce, tho Presbytery adjourned until Thursday next. Obituary— The Hon. Robert McGregor, M.L.A. for Emerald Hill. Sydney, Sept. 18. Tho divorce caso, Howitz v. Howitz and Solomon, concluded hero to-day, tho jury returning a verdict for petitioner (tho husband), with LDOOO damages against tho co-respondent.
