amendment was made at Mr Wilion * instance, providing that where a bankrupt before adjudication, paid a sum to a lawyer to put him through tho Court, the money should be recovered m a summary way from the lawyer. Tho Bill was reported at 5 p.m., and notice given for ita recommittal. The Council then rose.
