The Company's title is held under a 12 months' preliminary license, secured by Mr W. T. Grinsted, over 180 acres, comprising the very centre of tho limited recognised diamond bearing formation. A further lease of thirty years will be applied for and obtained. 25,000 paid-up shares are reserved by the Projectors as a reasonable consideration for tho handing over this largo and valuable Mine. 50,000 contributing shares are now offered to the Public. The balance, 25,000, will bo placed subsequently. It is anticipated that less than one-half of. tho capital as above will be required, for upon the erection of the necessary plant and machinery, and . the employment of 300 or 400 hands, an immediate supply of diamonds will be available, resulting m "large dividends.
