GERALDINE COUHSING CLUB'S MEETING. Tho aeoond meeting of the Geraldine Courting Olub was held on Meisra Skinner Broi.' farm, Eaknhu, on Friday last. The meeting pasted off most successfully, the attendance of sportsmen being good, and hares not too numerous. Mr Farrell, the popular host of tbe Buih Hotel, supplied refreshments, to which full justice waa done. Before dispersing, those present gave hearty cheers for the gentlemen who to kindly placed tbeir grounds at the disposal of the Club. Tbe following are the results : — A1,1,-A(}BD BTAKB3, for an unlimited number of all-need dogs, at £3 3s each. Winner, £1010:5; runner-up, £5 sa. First Round. MrConolly's f b Lurline beat Mr Gould'i f d Wicklow Hunger. Mr W. R. Gould's r d Apollo ran a bye. Final Round. Mr W. B. Gould's r d Apollo, beat Mr Conolly's f b Larliue, after it good count, and won the stakn. POPPY Stakes, for an unlimited number of puppisaat £2 2s each. Winner, £5 sa; runner-up, £3 3s. Fir»t Round. Mr T. Firrell's r b Virginia Water beat Mr Gould't Bea Queen. Mr J. F. Cunningham's r w b Patience, beat Mr T. Farrell'a f b Nellie. Final Round. Mr Farrell's r b Virginia Water, beat Mr Cunningham's r w b Patience, after one of the beat courset of the day, and won the stake. A swoepstako wss afterwards got up on tho ground, which was won by Mr Gould's •lut, Het Queen.
