The total reserve m notoa and bullion m the Bank of England is L 12,300,000, a decrease of LIOO,OOO during the week. The proportion of tho reserve to liabilities remains at 44 per cent. The Bank rate of discount remains at 4 per cent, and the market rate at 3J. Consols are unchanged at 99|, and New Zealand securities at yesterday's quotations. Adelaide wheat, ex store, remains at 475, and New Zealand do, at 44s to 47b. Adelaide flour, ex warohouse, is worth OuS. Australian Tallow— Beat beef, 40s ; best mutton, 41s. Hides are m good demand at an advance of Jd per lb.
