The Argus has despatched Mr Julian Thomas (the " Vagabond ") to report on the New Hebrides. Quarantine has been established here for resaela from Fiji, m consequence of the report that smallpox, cholera, and measles are prevalent there. IJReooived 3.30 p.m., July 14th.] A telegram has been received announcing the arrival of the steamship Austral, all well, atKiode Janeiro on the 12th inst. She put m to replenish her supply of coal. Unfavorable weather was experienced on the passage.
