Some explanation ii, I find, due from mjsMf to Mr Armson m reference to the serious exception taken to his delay at the last parith meeting. Several weeks before it Mr Armson had written to me informing me that " he had bren unwdl and unable to attend to . buiinesr. I did not, however, realise the fact that his illnesj had continued, and hence my omiuion to mention it at the meeting.
