March 28—Wellington, ship, 12-17 tons, Cowan, from Port Chalmers. March 28 —Herald, schooner, 53 tons, Wak-hin, from Grcyinouth. SAILED. Nil. lIIBORTS. In the Herald, Muster, agent: 73 tons coal. Consignee —Timaru Gas Co. The Albion Shipping Company's ship Wellington which left Port Chalmers last Friday, arrived m port yes'erday and came Vo anchor at the outer anchorage where she will discharge about 250 tons ballast and will then be brought to the inner anchorage to complete her loading. The Wellington has now on board 3237 sacks of wheat, which wcro forwarded by steamer from this port, and as the remainder of her cargo is ready for shipment she should have quick despatch. The Canterbury Formers' Co-operative Association haTe engaged a large portion of the Wellington's space, and 1000 sacks of wheat have already been Oiippeil by them. This is the first shipment made by this Association and others will follow. The Wellington will be followed by the ship Westlnnd, belonging to tho same Company, and may be expected here m about a fortnight, 'ihe N.M. and A. Company are the agents for this line of ressels. The schooner Herald arrived from Greymouth yesterday with n cargo of coal from the Bruuner Coal Company's mine, consigned to the Timaru Gas Co. The brigantine Nightingale haviug completed the discharge of her timber for Mr Bruce, was brought round yesterday and berthed inside tho Breakwater, where sho ■will loud with produce fur a Northern port. The schooner Marmion is daily expected from Kaipara with a cargo of timber. The brigantino Circe is loading cement at Lytteltou for this port. The schooner Awaroa left .Lytteltbn for this poit on Saturday. The barque Mercia left Napier for Timaru on Friday morning.
