He will be charged at the Magistrate's Court to-morrow morning (1) that le did on the 15th day of May, 1879, fraudulently fix upon a certain material, ;o wit, an application to bring certain lauds under the provisions of the Land Irausfer Act, a stamp of the amount of LI, which had been removed from some at her material, contrary to section 17 of the Stamp Act ; and (2) that on or about November, 1879, he did fraudulently remove from an application in writing to bring certain land under the Land Transfer Act, stamps of the amount of Ll3, with intent and to make use of such stamps, contrary to section 17 of the Stamp Act.
