On the motion of Mr Cliff, seconded by Mr Bruce, it was carried—" Tbat the Chairman be requested to apply to the Timaru Park Commissioners, for hollies to fence the Timaru High School grounds." Mr Bruce moved, Mr Howell seconded, and it was resolved — "That the Planting Committee be empowered to call for tenders for fencing the Timaru High School grounds." On the motion of Mr Cliff, seconded by Mr ITowell, Mr Bruce was added to the Planting Committee. ADJOTJBNMBNT. The meeting then adjourned.
