That your Petitioners are desirous that the eaid Mount Cook Riding ehall constitute a new County, to be named the " Mount Cook County," having the same boundaries as the said Mount Cook Riding now has, m accordance with the provisions contained m the Counties Act, 1876. 2. That the said Riding is of not less than 200,000 acres m extent, and contains not less that 100 County Electors. Wherefore your Petitioners humbly pray that the said Riding shall constitute a new County unde* the name of the " Mount Cook County."
