Judge Moleswortb, of Victoria, has granted an Interim Injune'ion only against the Sale of Bottles, with Labels and Wrapperß similar to the Plaintiff's, which decision has been appealed against, and will be heard by the Full Court m September next. Hart " We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful ohemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth m a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity and that it contains but truces of solid matter m solution. " Sic, — I have the honor to report for your information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to etate that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that has as yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fusil oil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently beeu distilled from superior rye graiu, always used instead of malt m the production df the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and m this respect compares favorably with other samples offered for sale. It may be advised as equally suitable for medical or economic purposes. " GLANDULAR Swellings, Bronchitis, Mumps, Quinsey, Sore Throats, and Diptheria. — In any of the above diseases, immediate and permanent relief is obtained by effectually rubbing this detergent Ointment, twice a day, upon the chest, neck, and back it acts upon the rery mainsprings of life ; for through the glands pass all new matter re quired for the body's reparation and all old particles detrimental to its preservation. The ointment, used conjointly with Holloway's pills, will act so searchingly and certainly as to effect cures m the moßt hopeless cases. RHEUMATISM, Lumbago, Contracted and Stiff Joints. — Many thousands of martyrs from the above complaints have found life almost insupportable ; yet, if Holloway's Ointment be briskly and perseveringly rubbed upon the parts affected, ease may be safely guaranteed, especially if the poreß of the skin be previously opened by fomentations with warm water. The greßß humors reqnire expulsion from the system ; it is therefore necessary to have recourse to Holloway't admirable pills, which by purifying and strengther ing the system, greatly assist the operation of the ointment, and facilitate and confirm the cure. BAD LEGS, Bad Breasts, and Ulcerationof all kinds. — There is no medicinal preparation m the world whioh may be so thoroughly relied upon, m the treatment of the above ailments, as Hollowaj's Ointment. Nothing can be so simple or safe as the manner m which it is applied, or its action on the bodyboth locally and constitutionally. The Ointment, rubbed around the part affeoted, enters the poreß just as salt enters meat. It quickly penetrates to the source of the evil and drives it from the system. ERYSIPELAS and Scrofulous Sores. — In irritations of the skin, sores, ulcers, burns, or all scrofulous enlargements of any kind, Holloway's Ointment presents a ready and easy means of cure. It manifests a peculiar power m restraining inflammation, removing stagnation, cooling the heated blood, and checking all acrimonious and unhealthy discharges. DISEASES attendant on Childhood.— Dis eases incident to early life fall more under the management of the mother than the medical man. Holloway's Ointment should therefore be regarded by her as a " Household Treasure," as it never fails m bringing out the rash m measles and scarlatina ; and for the removal of all Bkin diseases its effect is miraculous. In cases of whooping cough and orpop this invaluable Ointment should be rubbed twice a day upon the throat and chest, and the youngest invalid will derive therefrom the most soothing relief. Two or three of Holloway's pills, reduced to a powder, will aug ment the curative powers of his Unguent.
