All ploughs to be on the ground by halfpast 9 o'clock punctually; to start at 10 o'clock. 2. Each ploughman will draw lots for his land, which will be surf eyed and numbered. 3. Each competitor will be required to gather six rounds and throw abroad the rest. 4. Competitors must not plough less than 5 inches deep, or more than 9 wido. 5. No prize will be awarJed m any class without sufficient merit m the opinion of the Judges. 6. Ploughmen to oomplete work by half-past 3 o'clock, or be disqualified ; and no assistance allowed except ia lifting poles. 7. No person will be allowed on the ploughed ground except the Judges. 8.
