We wish her better lack on this occasion. A most singular occurrence was remarked by Captain McCtillum, of the Southern Belle during her pas-age from Newcastle to Adelaide. This occurrence is supposed to have had some connection with the late tidal disturbances m New South Wales and New Zealand, and it is a curious fact that the water was brilliantly phosphorescent.
