When ther* are thirty-one days m the month, No. 2 b. will leave Tauranga on the 31st, and arrive at Auckland on the Ist. When No. 2 c. carries the Panama Mail for Auckland, the steamer Trill leave Napier and Tauranga on the same days that it' arrives from Wellington. POST-OFFICE SAVINGS* BANKS. The following are the regulations regarding the Post-office Savings' Banks, which have been established at Chfistchurch. Lyttelton, Kaiapoi, Tiuiaru, Akaroa, Wainiate, Hokitika, and Greymouth : — 1. Interest at 5 per ceut. per annum is given on sums less than £200 ; at 4 per cent, per annum on sums over £200 and not exceeding £500 ; and m the same proportion for any shorter time on every complete £1 deposited; no interest is allowed on more than £500. , , . . : 2.
