The Arowbenna School Committee beg to auuounce that the new Schoolroom will be opened for the reception of pupils on Monday, the 12th March. The Committee are happy to state that they have secured the services of a Master whose experience and qualifications, as attested by numerous complimentary testimonials, lead them confidently to hope that the educational requirements of the district will be amply met by the efficiency of the School. The Teacher, Mr. Ross, has been a Fret Class Queen's Scholar at the F. C. Training College, Edinburgh (Scotland), for two successive sessions, and on two different occasions he has been a prizeman m the Science and Art Department. He holds a Certificate of Merit from the Home Government, and has been rated first class for competency under the Education Board of Victoria.
