McCullough addressed the electors, including a number of ladies, in the Upper Landing schoolroom on Monday night, and met wi'.h a favorable reception. Mr J. Liveaayi Chairman of the local School Committee) presided. Mr McOullough announced himself a Liberal in the s:rio;est sense, and a supporter of the Liberal Party. He was practically a local man, without an axe to grind. He knew their requirements, and, if elected, would do his utmost to further their interestf, whioh were identical with his own.
