,From Our Own Correspondent)

TURUA, Nov. 25. v By invitation, a party of "lis vlaitsd the new dairy yeiterday, and were shown round by Mr Bagnall, who courteously explained everything as we went, First we visited the milking shed, where 60 cows'were being milked, and the arrangements for .cleanliness are very complete. This room contains a large ice closet, and the temperature was refreshing after the heat of the separating 'room, ;< The little engine was next visited! and admired. Everything is kept beautU fully, clean, for which there is an abundance of hot and cold-water laid on There is a large concrete tank, which contains about 12,00,0,ga110ns of water, and at presents it has sufficient to last for three months, if we should have no rain for "that length of time.; Although all' the departments are under the one roof, very complete precautionshavebeen ' taken to keep any unpleasant odour from the milking room out of the separating and butter-working rooms.
