DURBAN, Nov. 23. .Several strong Boer commandos are raiding with 30 miles of Maritzburg, where the garrison has been increased by 10,000.: The/railway and telegraph lines have been cut. At Highlands Station and Nottingham road-the Boers are mounting guns to command, approaches to Estcourt, and 300 were engaged shelling a strong cainp at Mooi River, but retired when the British, under General Barton, effectively replied.
