Lord Salisbury is suffering from influenza, and is incapacitated from, attending to business. He was deeplytouched with the AgentrGenerals' message of sympathy. The Czar and many royalties have condoled with Lord Salisbury. Lord Salisbury's condition gives | no ground for alarm.
