WHY OABIMIR PERIER RESIGNED THE PRESIDENCY, London, September 27, The Daily News Paris correspondent states that the Dreyfus revision will be likely to explain the mystery of Oasimir-Perier's resignation of the Presidency as a solemn protest against the action of his Ministers in securing German Ambassadors, It is reported that the resignation averted German aggression.
