The syndicate hasagreed to the amendment of the ordinance by the Colonial Office. • Mr Chamberlain considers the concession is regular and is disinclined to cancel it. In reply to a'Question in the House of Cciomons Mr Chamberlain, said it was intended to submit the syndicate's ordinance for the Queen's approval.
