Ward Fawners' Association

(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, March 23. In summarising the report of tl.q liquidator ol the Ward Farmers'-Asso--. _ ciation the omission of a few words' V gives an incorrect view of the remarks 'it concerning the evidence given by Jir Ward before the Supreme Court. What the liquidator said was ; I havo . been unable.to discover that any losses made by the Association were debited to him (Ward). On the contrary I find that the Association has b&rno all its own losses. Ho then enumerates . the transactions in wool and grain by Mr Ward, resulting- in losses totalling £1221. These , items were at first - debited to Mr Wai;d, but subsequently reverse entpips were made crediting his account and debiting the Association.
