Westport, March 22. The Britannia mine is now being do. veloppd under the direction of the New Zealand Globe Exploration Company. A second lot of exceedingly rich specimens were secured which when brought to Westporb proved to be far superior to anything ever seen in the district. The General Exploration Company (German capitalists) are developing a large auriferous area at Uharleston, Addison's and Fairdown. The AngloNe>v Zealand Syndicate has taken the option of the Lady Agnes lease on Carson's "Reward line, Mokihinui.
