The area of ground owned by this Company is close. upon 300 acre's, and it is rather a wise idea to exploro and test the various, lodes to dotermine upon which one to direct thoir operations permanently. ■, i

The construction of the flues and large chimney staclr is now well in hand, and very good progress is. being made with the excavation for the boilers' site..
