At the sitting of the Hospital Commis- , ' sion the Commissioner said hehadrc- ' cefted a letter from Dr. Haeon drawing attention to the fact that it had been sworn before tho Commissioner in an Open Court that a delirious patient had been assaulted. Dr Hacon asked the Commissioner to order an information to be laid and to have the matter cleared up in the Magistrate's Court, ■'.-•'■■■'..
