[By Cable.—Press Association.] Sydney, October 29 A full Court has upheld the decision of the District Court in the case against the " New Australia Asfcociation," deciding that the Association must refund the money paid by intend, ing members when the onrolmeafc was not fully completed. The Association. The Association, however, would be permitted i to deduct £10 of sucb enrolment bills for preliminary expenses.
